Aini House

The location was good. Near Sinchon metro station, just a few meters up a hill. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful. Room was small but big enough for 2 people + luggage. Also quite cheap.

It‘s not a bad place to stay, don‘t geht me wrong but it‘s definitely not a 9+ hotel. The room itself looked much better on the images than in reality. Outworn, stained walls. It was really humid inside the room although we kept the small window open 24/7 during our stay (6 nights). Bathroom wasn‘t cleaned properly. Sink was dirty. The floor in the room was also not cleaned. Also the fresh towels smelled after using them once. Although most of the staff was very nice, the girl who checked us in (she wasn‘t Korean) seemed to be botherd by us and wasn‘t really friendy.

The host, the staffs and other guests are very nice, sincere and friendly. The host really cares about me and they really served me wholeheartedly. They really concern about my comfortably. They are very best friend and the guesthouse is spacious and clean

- location - no fixed breakfast time since it's dyi - very clean room - decent value for money

- Little to no room to put anything in the room and bathroom - noise from outside and other guests - the shared kitchen could use some cleaning

I would recommend the bathroom to be a bit bigger or change to opaque bathroom door.

Staff is good.Guest house is clean and good smell.Near closed to subway sinchon station exit 5.

Everything is good.But the guesthouse hasn't big towel it difficult for bath.

The owner was super friendly and nice. He tried his best to meet my needs! Great location and I felt safe walking back home from the station. Easy walking and plus there's a convenience store downstairs

Walls could be a bit thin so you may hear tv sound from next doors, which isn't too much anyway as we all travel and spend the majority of the time outside

Excellent for travelling on a budget. There is a friendly atmosphere in this hotel. The staff was welcoming and available. The common area is wide with a kitchen.

The shared fridge looked a bit dirty.

I really like the location and the hosts are very very nice. Look like they are couple (don’t mind me if I got wrong sorry).

One thing that I have to say in the cleanliness. I found alot of dust under the bed and the wall paint is quiet dirty.

The lobby was cutely decorated and the room was cozy and clean when we arrived. I appreciated the booklet that the manager had made of the his recommended eateries in the area. The location was great--near a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. The subway station was nearby so it was easy to get around to further tourist destinations that we had planned for. The hotel managers were friendly and courteous to all the guests there.

The bathroom is quite small, and it's designed to be multi-functional--the entire bathroom is your shower stall--there is no separate enclosed shower. Also, ventilation is not the greatest, so after a hot shower the bathroom and room will be quite humid (even with the window open) for a while.

Everything, staff, owner are nice. Rooms are very clean and cosy. I like the ambinet at Aini House. Location is very convenient, close to subway and airport bus stop. A small Mandu restaurant close to subway exit is also nice.

The location is easy to find but be aware of the deep slove, during winter with snow it might be easy to get slipped. Pushing baggage up to the Aini house it's not difficult, but it will be a bit hard when you go down with your heavy baggage, it might drag you instaed ????????????

방음이 잘 안되고 물새는소리? 물떨어지는 소리?가 천장에서 하루종일나서 잘때 시끄러웠음

침대 매트리스를 교체하셔야 될것 같아요 스프링 삐그득소리와 울렁되는 매트리스는 너무 아쉬웠습니다

룸 컨디션이 좋았다 좁지만 욕실에 침대에 드라이기의 빠짐없이 모두 갖추고 있어 만족했고 아주 깨끗했음 공동 주방을 갖추고 있어서 씨리얼 달걀 프라이를 먹을 수 있음주 새벽 1시가 넘어서 도착했는데도 아주 친절하게 맞이해주시고 세탁서비스가 무려 2천원이었음!

위치도 좋고 편안하고 아주 깔끔해요. 직원분들도 모두 친절하십니다

일단 위치가 좋구요(신촌역에서 가까워요!!조금 오르막이지만 상관없었어요) 사진도 거짓없이 그대로였어요 인테리어도 신경쓰신 느낌이 납니다. 주방에선 조식 자유롭게 해 먹을 수 있어서 넘 좋았구요 무엇보다 호스트분이 매우 친절하세요. 덕분에 잘 보내다 왔습니다!

물건이 떨어져서 침대 아래를 봤는데 쪼끔 놀랐어요

엘레베이터가 있어서 좋았고 내부도 깔끔할 뿐만 아니라 잘 꾸며져있었습니다 방이 큰편은 아니지만 침대,tv,화장실 등 필요한 부분은 알차게 들어있어서 좋았어요 직원분들도 정말 친절하셨습니다:)

위치는 신촌역과 가까워 정말 좋았습니다. 인테리어가 잘 되어있어 안락한 느낌이 듭니다.

방 구석구석 청소가 되어있진 않았고 에어컨에서 냄새가 나서 사용하지 못했습니다. 객실이 만원이 아님에도 다른 손님 바로 옆 방으로 배정되어 다소 시끄러웠습니다.

혼자 자기에 가격이 합리적이라고 생각합니다.

후기에 깨끗하다고 되어있었지만, 화장실에서는 물때 냄새와 변기 안쪽은 새까맣게 되어있었고 에어컨 청소도 되어있지않아 틀 생각도 못해봤습니다. 정말 딱 바닥만 청소해놓은 느낌이었습니다. 저녁에 샤워를 하는데, 물이 안빠져서 당황스러웠습니다. 화장실 청소를 했었다면, 물 안빠지는 것은 확인이 되지 않았을까 싶습니다. 다시 이용하지는 않을 것 같습니다. 아 그리고 방음이 1도 안됩니다. 방음 정도는 고시원 수준입니다.
